Launch Ceremony of the Book Sufrah
In celebration of the richness of Saudi cuisine and the cultural heritage of traditional Saudi gastronomy, the book “Sufra” was launched, featuring more than 30 recipes from across the Kingdom. The publication introduces the diverse culinary arts of Saudi Arabia from the heart of Paris, the capital of France, in both its French and English editions.
